Today, November 27, 2025, marks four years since Justo Aznar’s passing. Aznar was the first director of the Institute of Life Sciences, which includes the Bioethics Observatory of the Catholic University of Valencia. This is a fitting occasion to reflect on his legacy, share his enthusiasm, and persevere in the work he established: scientific rigor, the relentless pursuit of truth, and the defense of human dignity and life.
From the Bioethics Observatory of the Catholic University of Valencia, we continue his work with renewed enthusiasm, striving to shed light on the growing conflicts and dilemmas surrounding recent scientific advances and their potential, attacks against human life, and the particularly vulnerable cases.
