COVID-19 vaccines distribution a current bioethics problem. In this respect, a social enterprise has been established in the United Kingdom to promote the production and distribution of COVID-19 vaccines, to enable them to reach developing countries. The company, called VacEquity Global Health (VGH), proposes to “waive its royalties in order to reduce vaccine production costs”.
