COVID-19 vaccines distribution a current bioethics problem. In this respect, a social enterprise has been established in the United Kingdom to promote the production and distribution of COVID-19 vaccines, to enable them to reach developing countries. The company, called VacEquity Global Health (VGH), proposes to “waive its royalties in order to reduce vaccine production costs”. The enterprise is supported by Morningside Ventures, a private entity founded by the Chan family of Hong Kong (read HERE)
