The controversy of trans women playing in women’s sports teams continues. Transsexual activist defends their rights, but women’s teams don’t agree. We have published medical articles (read HERE) showing the different features of trans women (born male), that showed different physical complexions that give them advantages over biologically female players (born female). In this respect, Caitlyn Jenner, former Olympic decathlon medallist and reality TV star that came out as transgender in 2015 said yesterday “This is a question of fairness. That’s why I oppose biological boys who are trans competing in girls’ sports in school […] It just isn’t fair, and we have to protect girls’ sports in our schools.” (read HERE).
Trans women playing in women’s sports is being banned
The controversy has increased because many American states are in a move to ban trans women athletes from participating in women’s sports in public schools. Last April 8, the Mississippi governor Tate Reeves signed a ban on transgender athletes in women’s sports. “This important piece of legislation will ensure that young girls in Mississippi have a fair, level playing field in public school sports,” Reeves said at the bill’s signing Thursday.
As expected, LGBTQ rights activists came out swinging against the new law.
